Cuba 2003 -- Cueva del Indio, Vinales Valley – This large cave was once inhabited by local Indians and you can still see petroglyphs on the rocks. The best part is a boat ride across an underground lake in the cave. Before we entered the cave, Hans assisted in making a fresh sugar cane drink. This is my last photo ... we went on to visit the town of Viñales and a tobaco curing plant, but my camera with this last roll of film was stolen from my luggage somewhere between the Havana Airport and the Tijuana Airport. I carried the Cuban cigars and liquor on the flight, not my camera, thinking that the cigars were more precious! Depends on your perspective I guess.
